The "Proposal" clarifies that for the innovative products of the drug research and development institutions and pharmaceutical production enterprises in the province that have obtained the chemical approval documents, the maximum amount of subsidies shall not exceed 20 million yuan; for the provincial drug research and development institutions and pharmaceutical production enterprises to obtain the approval documents for new Chinese medicines. Innovative products, the maximum amount of subsidies is not more than 10 million yuan; for the innovative products of medical device R&D institutions and production enterprises in the province that have obtained medical device registration certificates, the maximum amount of subsidies is less than 8 million yuan. The technical innovation and technological transformation of pharmaceutical manufacturers that have passed the evaluation of the consistency of generic drugs and the declaration projects involved in the variety shall be given priority to the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in accordance with the relevant conditions; For the enterprises with consistency evaluation, each product of the provincial finance will award 3 million yuan to the pharmaceutical production enterprises, and encourage the municipalities to formulate supporting measures to reward the enterprises that pass the evaluation of generic drugs; the new bioequivalence research in the jurisdiction The institution will pass the provincial level award and award 300,000 yuan.
